Who knew you could make cookies from cake mix? The whole family will love this quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients
- Strawberry Cake Mix (I used Betty Crocker but you can use whatever brand you prefer)
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix 1 box of strawberry cake mix, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and two eggs in a bowl.
Line baking sheet with unbleached wax paper/parchment paper.
Let mixture sit for about 5 minutes to get firmer.
Form the cookie dough into balls and place on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. (Set a timer)
